I don't see a command in Discord's menu â why not?
Discord only shows you commands you have permission to use. If a command needs a specific role and you don't have it, it's hidden from you, not broken.
I left and rejoined, but my roles didn't come back.
That only happens if Sticky Roles is turned on for this server. If you expected your roles back and didn't get them, ask staff to check the Auto Role settings.
I clicked a panel button and nothing happened.
Check your DMs and existing channels first â you may already have an open ticket or a pending application from before. Otherwise, try again in a moment; it may have been a brief hiccup.
The bot isn't responding to a command at all.
This is almost always a missing permission â the bot needs access to see and reply in that specific channel. Ask staff to check its role permissions there.
